Inventprise offers both 401(k) pre-tax and after tax Roth plans. Inventprise contributes 3% of your total base pay each pay period to your 401(k) account. Employee contributions are at the discretion of the employee.

Real-time connection to your account representative to get the most accurate view of your financial situation. Upon request, employees will be provided personalized recommendations to make financial improvements through individualized support by a certified financial retirement planner.

Inventprise offers Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA and HSA plans. Currently Inventprise contributes 80% toward the Medical, Dental and Vision coverage for the employee, and enrolled spouse and dependents. Medical plans are currently provided through Premera Blue Cross.
Paid Time Off
New employees start PTO accruals at the annualized equivalent of three weeks / year. PTO may be used for planned vacations, illnesses or other reasons allowed by applicable leave laws. PTO accruals start with first pay period and can be used once PTO is earned.
Inventprise observes seven holidays in a calendar year – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
