Three Inventprise facilities in the Redmond, Washington, area offer capabilities from product development to analytical to manufacturing – enabling us to support the broad range of products in our pipeline.

Our dedicated facilities can tackle projects from small-scale product development all the way up to large-scale fully automated cGMP commercial manufacturing.

With our automated manufacturing systems, our strategy is to focus on our key goals – maximum automation, maximum observability, and maximum throughput. At the same time, we believe in the ‘first time right’ principle and we seek to implement quality-by-design at every opportunity.

WOODINVILLE, WA

Large-Scale Automated cGMP Manufacturing

Our highly automated manufacturing facility is expected to provide lifesaving vaccines to low and middle-income countries, with additional supply to meet global demand.

Opened in May 2022, this facility is supported by a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and will produce drug product used in IVT PCV-25.

Large scale production is expected in the coming years in anticipation of completion of later stage clinical trials and application for WHO prequalification. The facility also has the capability to meet additional global demand for the vaccine outside of low- and middle-income countries.
